Ribble Steam Railway – Front of House Assistant

Ribble Steam Railway Limited is looking to recruit a highly organised and flexible individual with excellent people skills to join our Front of House Team.

The role of Front of House Assistant is a varied and exciting position, and gets involved in a broad range of activities. In our open season your will be co-ordinating and delivering visitor services, from retail to museum and learning activities. You will also be part of a team creating and delivering visitor communications and marketing to our customers, both off-line and on-line.

Reporting to our Front of House Manager Maisy Davies, you will encourage and support a team of friendly volunteers to deliver an enjoyable museum and attraction experience. A key member of our team, you will pride yourself in creating a welcoming experience for all of our visitors and volunteers.

The Front of House Assistant

Salary: £13728 a year  

Hours: 24 hrs per week (including bank holidays and weekends in season)
